Tattoo Flower Drawing

I have decided I am going to start posting more pictures on mah blog. I have no idea why, I just think this will be cool. They will all either be pictures that I take, or draw.

SO, here is another picture that I have drawn and the first one of 2010. I drew 11 pictures last year, so hopefully I can do more than that this year.

This is my Tattoo Flower. I was told it kind of looked like something abstract, and someone even said it looked like a butterfly… but it IS a flower.

Tattoo Flower

I think it is kind of cool. Not my coolest I have ever done. But, it was simple and easy to do - so it works.

OH-OH-OH! And I even figured out how to put my name all cool like it is on the leaf. Yes, I know it really is not THAT cool, but I was stoked when I learned how to do it. Just tell me its cool, will ya?

And be sure to tell me what you think of my picture… just because I want you too. Does it really look like an abstract butterfly, or maybe a hippo? Who knows?

I love it. It looks kind of alive (which I know flowers are) - in a Triffid kind of way...which is a bit scary but very cool.

The question is....will you actually get it as a tattoo or will your parents kill you? (and me, for even suggesting it)

The flower has a beautiful Art Nouveau look to it.

@Lisa
Thank yooooou Lisa. And I would actually get this as a tattoo. Because I sort of want to be a Tattoo artist when I get older. But, that won't be for awhile.

@Sandra
Thank you Sandra!

Girl, you've got talent. Keep at it. I would love to see some others you've done. Post them, if you haven't already. I will read more of your blog to see.

Keep it up!
Tam

Hey Tam.
Thank you so much for saying that. I have most of my stuff on my flickr account. If you want to check those out.

I try to post a few on here, just to show off (lolz) - but not everything makes it on my blog. Haha!

Thanks for popping by.

Your art is sweet. I especially liked the purple flower on flikr. Do you mind if I use it, I couldn't tell if it was ok or not ;)

And since no one else said it, it's pretty cool how you put your name in the leaf.

Hey Chris.
Thanks for the complement. It's greatly appreciated.
And do you mind telling me what you would use it for?

And THANK YOU. It's about time someone freakin' said it. Lolz!
