I have added my OWN MSN Icons and I know the people I talk to like to take them, because I see them being used a few hours or days later. If you have used MSN, most likely you know how to take an Icon. If not, here is how.
How to Add Someone Else Icons on MSN
When you are chatting with your little friends and someone sends over and Icon and you are like, “OMFG! ih2 freakin hav tht!!11!!!”. Right click on the Icon and you should see where it says Add in a drop down box. Move your mouse over and click it. A box should pop up after words and there you can change the shortcut for that icon. In other words, every time you type in, “OMG32” that Icon will come up.
See how easy that was? Fantabulous!
Now, what if you do not like any of your friends Icons and want to be all unique and have your own? Stop stealing Icons and have them stolen from you. That is my new nerd saying.
How to Make Your OWN MSN Icons
Open up a chat window and click your Smiles like you would normally do. Then when it brings them up go to, Show All on the right hand side – click that. On the same side you will see a button that says, Create – click that. Click Find Image and it will bring up a window so you can get one off your computer. Below that you can make a shortcut so when you type in (example) :$ it will bring up an image.
Obviously it will make the picture smaller, so it may not look that great. But you can make your own smiles or icons easy as pie. Uber cool!

Then when your friends say, “OMFG!!!11!!!! ih2 freakin hav tht!!11!!!”. Tell them, “YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT”. Or send them to this article and so they can learn how. Lolz!
